Question: Is Accuvue Advance really the best brand to get???
Answer: Acuvue Advance or Acuvue Oasys are really good for dry eyes. I wear Acuvue Advance and I don't have any problems. I haven't tried the Oasis because they don't have my exact prescription in those. Your eye doctor usually tells you which brand to get. I started out with a different brand but they kept drying out on me so he switched me to Acuvue Advance and I like them much better.
