Answer: You need to join Nintendo vip. To do this go to the official Nintendo site, you know the cards that come with Nintendo games that have scratch off strips with numbers underneath them, well you register these numbers on your Nintendo vip account.Then you go to the Wii shopping channel and go to settings and link your Nintendo vip account with your wii shop account and if you are in the USA then Nintendo swap the stars for wii points, in the UK we have to wait (as usual ) for Nintendo to sort it out for us.
