Answer: There is a panel the opens on the top of the Wii which contains four Nintendo Gamecube controller ports, and two Gamecube memory card ports. These are only activated for very few Wii games and all Gamecube games. Basically, they cannot be used for Wii games right now. Also, the memory card slots are for Gamecube game saves only.
